We appreciate the way you've been checking your items before bringing them in to sell at Little Lords and Ladies. As you know, any stained, worn or torn clothing makes it take (at least) twice as long for us to process your order!
Don't Forget! Spring and Summer consignment will be ending April 30th. We will not be accepting ANY drop offs for the month of May, NO EXCEPTIONS. Fall and Winter items are welcome on June 1st.
90-day consignment periods begin with the "date received" on your Item List E-mail. This is not the same as your Drop Off date! Most Spring and summer items are listed as April or May. Fall and Winter items may have an August date in order to sell during the correct season.
NOT RECEIVING your Item List E-mail? We are having trouble with our server and Item List E-mails are not sending!!! If you need a list of you items and have not received your e-mail, please stop by and we will print a list for you. We are working hard to resolve this issue and will send e-mails ASAP!
You can always check your account online by going to LittleLordsAndLadies.com! Click on "Consigning" and "Check your Account". You will be able to see ONLY the items you have SOLD. It will not show you all of your items like your Item List Email. The total account balance shown is a "current" total, able to be used in store credit. If you request a check, the total will be as of the end of the previous month. We cut checks after the 8th of the month to allow for our 7-day return policy.
