Greetings!
I have been working in my garden this week and the signs of spring are all around which is wonderful. I enjoy winter when many plants die back to give me a chance to sort and move plants and think about what I'd like to do in the next year. BUT Spring is so exciting when you can see plants starting to grow again and it is so pleasant to work outside. By the beginning of May I spend most of my time hacking everything back so I am able to walk around the garden with my dogs.
I have set dates for two new workshops at the Winter Gardens in Weston-super-Mare, further details below.
I have been picking on on some disturbing information concerning HRT and breast cancer. If anyone would like to know more just eMail me and I will send you further information.

It is time now once again to speak to the many, to inspire, empower, uplift and transform the hearts and minds of those that are here to support world healing and empowerment. For many have been standing in the wings and are now required to step into their starring role, as are you. When you are fully aligned with your message, your mission and your gifts, you are the light of the world. As each of you shine a little brighter, you create an amplification of the light grids within and around you and so support mass healing, for these light grids are truly the highways of the universe and support you both personally and collectively in your ascension journey. These are the neuro-pathways if you like, that transmit to the receptors in your brain and in your body, to your DNA which as you may or may not know are both personal and collective, for all is ONE. As each invidual shifts, you all shift. Take courage dear ones, for the world is shifting, as are you, and you are becoming your most wonderful self. There is a great focus currently around Money and we wish to say to you that money is simply energy, and is an extension of your personal energy. I chose a Lapis Lazuli carbochon to feature on the first piece of sterling silver jewellery that I made last year. It ended up as a pendant but in truth it started out as a brooch. The first Lapis Lazuli I ever bought were two carved fish with a hole as the eye that I wore as earrings on gold sleepers.

Sweet Almond A Modern Herbal Mrs M Grieve 1931
The early, delicate flowers of the Almond give it a unique position among ornamental trees, and it should have a place in every shrubbery, for it will flourish in any ordinary, well-drained soil, both in open and somewhat sheltered situations, and does well in town gardens.
The Almond belongs to the same group of plants as the rose, plum, cherry and peach, being a member of the tribe Prunae of the natural order Rosaceae. The genus Amygdalus to which it is assigned is very closely allied to Prunus (Plum) in which it has sometimes been merged; the distinction lies in the fruit, the succulent pulp attached to the stone in the plum (known botanically as the mesocarp) being replaced by a leathery separable coat in the almond which is hard and juiceless, of a dingy green tinged with dull red, so that when growing it looks not unlike an unripe apricot. When fully ripe, this green covering dries and splits, and the Almond, enclosed in its rough shell (termed the endocarp) drops out. The shell of the Almond is a yellowish buff colour and flattened-ovoid in shape, the outer surface being usually pitted with small holes; frequently it has a more or less fibrous nature. Sometimes it is thin and friable (soft-shelled Almond), sometimes extremely hard and woody (hard-shelled Almond). The seed itself is rounded at one end and pointed at the other, and covered with a thin brown, scurfy coat. The different sorts of Almonds vary in form and size, as well as in the firmness of the shell. The fruit is produced chiefly on the young wood of the previous year, and in part on small spurs of two and three years growth. The ancients attributed many wonderful virtues to the Almond, but it was chiefly valued for its supposed virtue in preventing intoxication. Plutarch mentions a great drinker of wine, who by the use of Bitter Almonds escaped being intoxicated, and Gerard says: 'Five or six, being taken fasting, do keepe a man from being drunke.' This theory was probably the origin of the custom of eating salted Almonds through a dinner. Almond oil is a clear, pale yellow, odourless liquid, with a bland, nutty taste. It consists chiefly of Olein, with a small proportion of the Glyceride of Linolic Acid and other Glycerides, but contains no Stearin. It is thus very similar in composition to Olive Oil (for which it may be used as a pleasant substitute), but it is devoid of Chlorophyll, and usually contains a somewhat larger proportion of Olein than Olive Oil. It is used in trade, as well as medicinally, being most valuable as a lubricant for the delicate works of watches, and is much employed as an ingredient in toilet soap, for its softening action on the skin. It forms a good remedy for chapped hands. Gerard says: 'The oil newly pressed out of Sweet Almonds is a mitigator of pain and all manner of aches, therefore it is good in pleurisy and colic. The oil of Almonds makes smooth the hands and face of delicate persons, and cleanseth the skin from all spots and pimples.' And Culpepper writes: 'The oil of both (Bitter and Sweet) cleanses the skin, it easeth pains of the chest, the temples being annointed therewith, and the oil with honey, powder of liquorice, oil of roses and white wax, makes a good ointment for dimness of sight.' Culpepper also tells us of Almond butter, saying: 'This kind of butter is made of Almonds with sugar and rose-water, which being eaten with violets is very wholesome and commodious for students, for it rejoiceth the heart and comforteth the brain, and qualifieth the heat of the liver.'

The Phoenix - Wikipedia

A phoenix is a mythical bird with a colourful plumage and a tail of gold and scarlet (or purple, blue, and green according to some legends. It has a 500 to 1000 year life-cycle, near the end of which it builds itself a nest of twigs that then ignites; both nest and bird burn fiercely and are reduced to ashes, from which a new, young phoenix or phoenix egg arises, reborn anew to live again. The new phoenix is destined to live as long as its old self. In some stories, the new phoenix embalms the ashes of its old self in an egg made of myrrh and deposits it in the Egyptian city of Heliopolis (literally "sun-city" in Greek). It is said that the bird's cry is that of a beautiful song. The Phoenix's ability to be reborn from its own ashes implies that it is immortal, though in some stories the new Phoenix is merely the offspring of the older one. In very few stories they are able to change into people.
Note:- I have just bought in some lovely carved jade pendants, copies from ancient originals and including a couple featuring the phoenix. The phoenix also made an appearance during the Power/Totem animal workshop I facilitated last month in Glastonbury.

At the Workshop in Glastonbury mentioned above the raccoon popped in for one of the participants and also for myself. I could see these bright little inquisitive eyes starting at me from both of them!
In the mythology of the indigenous peoples of the Americas, the raccoon was the subject of folk tales. Stories such as "How raccoons catch so many crayfish" from the Tuscarora centered on its skills at foraging. In other tales, the raccoon played the role of the trickster which outsmarts other animals, like coyotes and wolves. Among others, the Dakota Sioux believed the raccoon had natural spirit powers, since its mask resembled the facial paintings, two-fingered swashes of black and white, used during rituals to connect to spirit beings. The Aztecs linked supernatural abilities especially to females, whose commitment to their young was associated with the role of wise women in the tribal society.
The raccoon also appears in Native American art across a wide geographic range. Petroglyphs with engraved raccoon tracks were found in Lewis Canyon, Texas; at the Crow Hollow petroglyph site in Grayson County, Kentucky; and in river drainages near Tularosa, New Mexico and San Francisco, California. A true-to-detail figurine made of quartz, the Ohio Mound Builders' Stone Pipe, was found near the Scioto River. The meaning and significance of the Raccoon Priests Gorget, which features a stylized carving of a raccoon and was found at the Spiro Mounds, Oklahoma, remains unknown. In Western culture, several autobiographical novels about living with a raccoon have been written, mostly for children. The best-known is Sterling North's Rascal, which recounts how he raised a kit during World War I. In recent years, anthropomorphic raccoons played main roles in the animated television series The Raccoons, the computer-animated film Over the Hedge and the video game series Sly Cooper.

I have been in many places, but I've never been in Cahoots. Apparently,
you can't go alone. You have to be in Cahoots with someone.
I've also never been in Cognito. I hear no one recognizes you there.
I have, however, been in Sane. They don't have an airport, you have to be driven there. I have made several trips there, thanks to my friends, family and work.
I would like to go to Conclusions but you have to jump, and my knees can't take it anymore.
I have also been in Doubt. That is a sad place to go, and I try not to visit there too often.
I've been in Flexible, but only when it was very important to stand firm.
Sometimes I'm in Capable, and I go there more often as I'm getting older.
One of my favorite places to be is in Suspense! It really gets the
adrenalin flowing and pumps up the old heart! At my age I need all the stimuli I can get!
I may have been in Continent, but I can't remember what country I was
in.
It's an age thing.
Today is one of the many National Mental Health Days throughout the
year. You can do your bit by remembering to send this to at least one unstable person.
My job is done as I've sent it to you!!
