Aura Reading

Remember the three R's

Respect for self

Respect for others and

Responsibility for all your actions.

unknown

Greetings!

March already!  Well everything has moved on for me as I knew it would. I had the time to work with my creative side and to my delight I happened upon making up amulets, further details below.

Then I woke one morning and knew it was time to put together the new eCourse on Diabetes Mellitus Type 11.  I started immediately and it came together very quickly because I've been collecting information for quite a long time. Further details below.  This month I've included the words from an Eminem song and a few details about the symbology of the scorpion which is one of my own tattoos. Many years ago caused a big tough man to recoil in alarm, perhaps this is why.

Watermelons? something interesting that I came across whilst putting the latest eCourse together.

Please excuse any minor errors that may have crept through.  So little time and so much to do!

Many Blessings    Liz

Diabetes Mellitus Type 11 New eCourse & eBook available now

***NEW***  Diabetes Mellitus Type 11  I have been waiting a while to put this all together after realising it was my duty to pass on what I now know about Diabetes Mellitus Type 11.  It was this disease that made me decide to study Nutritional Medicine in the first place. So I start this work with my own story as I hope this will help others who are at risk, pre-diabetic, diagnosed diabetics or are interested in this subject.  Postal Course not available as the eBook is so large.  eCourse £25 includes eBook and completion certificate. eBook only - £10 to include any other eBook of your choice, mark this on the invoice or email direct.  Buy online at http://healingvisualisations.com

Tree of Life Amulets

Tree Of Life Mother of Pearl

Mother of Pearl

I have been enjoying myself so much by creating and making up these  'Tree of Life'  Amulets, so far I have used Mother of Pearl, Jasper, Carnelian, Smokey Topaz, Moonstone &Turquoise using beads, gemstone chips, copper, brass, silver and gold plated wire.  I have a mass of further ideas utilising other gemstones and beads which are waiting for me to work with them.  I will have new ones ready for Glastonbury and the Free Festival of Light in April.  I will be making some bigger ones too  I feel that hanging these in a sunny window will be so beautiful to look at, some bounce colours around as well. The energy of these amulets are very special and you are invited to hold them before you buy.I will photograph and put some onto the website as soon as possible so you can buy if you wish online.

Reading Auras: A Workshop with Dr Elizabeth Ann Diamond 4.15 - 5.30

Learn how to read and interpret auras, the life force around all living things. Anybody can develop this skill; it just takes the desire to 'see' and lots of practice. Once developed you will be never 'see' in the same old way ever again! The aura is our own personal energy field, it is created with us and changes as we change. It is a dynamic representation of our total being, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. It is seen to be around us but actually it is also within us, and in a multi dimensional way occupies the same space as our physical bodies. We are however able to feel the mixing of auras quite often when we are in the close proximity to another person, this can be a sudden, unexplained feeling of uneasiness or pleasure.

Future workshops will include Totem/Power Animals, Regression and Iridology.  I no longer offer Iridology consultations in Glastonbury but there will be a workshop where all participants will have their eyes read by myself and explained.

 The Scorpion

The scorpion has long been a popular tattoo symbol in many different cultures, including a number of traditional tribal tattoo styles in Africa, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. In fact, almost everywhere you can find these potent relatives of the spider you can find scorpion tattoos. In most cases the scorpion tattoos are potent amulets and talismans - meant to protect the bearer of the tattoo and ward off both the sting of the scorpion and often times, evil spirits, for the scorpion is widely feared and highly respected by all beings, both natural and supernatural. Such is the power of the scorpion.  There's plenty of Scorpion imagery found in religious references. The Bible describes the Israelites trampling Scorpions as a metaphor for victory over the 'venomous attacks of the devil'. In Buddhist mythology, a ninth century king dreamed of Scorpions the size of yaks, which he took as a sign to stop persecuting monks. You can still see the Scorpion on woodblock prints and wheel charms in Tibet and other Buddhist cultures. As a protective feature, it was also found on sword handles and personal seals, or in temples as guardians of the holy Dharma. Buddhists intended the Scorpion to be a symbol of pacification, which turned menacing at the first sign of anyone intending harm.

Next Full Moon - Saturday 19th March  18:11

The next Full Moon is Saturday 19th March @ 18:11

The date of Easter Sunday is the first Sunday after the full moon following the northern hemisphere's equinox which is reckoned to be on March 21 (even though the equinox occurs, astronomically speaking, on March 20 in most years), .

The Chinese New Year is the second New Moon after the winter solstice.

I'm Not Afraid

I'm not afraid to take a stand

Everybody come take my hand

We'll walk this road, together through the storm

Whatever weather, cold or warm

Just let you know that, you're not alone

Holla if you feel that you have been down the same road

And I just can't keep living this way

So, starting today, I'm breaking out of this cage.

I'm standing up, Imma (I'm going to) face my demons

I'm manning up, Imma (I'm going to) hold my ground

I've had enough now I'm so fed up

Time to put my life together right now

Watermelon - Versus Statins

Watermelons
Watermelons

Instead of taking a statin drug, eat watermelon - it does the job just as well, researchers have discovered. The fruit is the richest edible source of the amino acid L-citrulline, which regulates healthy blood pressure.  Once in the body, L-citrulline is converted to L-arginine, another amino acid.  However, the latter can cause nausea, gastrointestinal problems and diarrhea when it's taken as a dietary supplement, especially among adults who already suffer from raised blood pressure. In a small study of nine adults, their blood pressure normalized after they consumed six grams of watermelon extract every day for six weeks.

Now I wonder? How about Watermelon Tourmaline, could this possibly help as well!
