18th Annual HMD Award
Honoring Bert Reames.
The Community Foundation, a division of the United Way of Volusia-Flagler Counties, is please to announce that Bert Reames has been selected to receive the 2009 Herbert M. Davidson Award for Outstanding Community Service. This award has been presented annually since 1989 to honor exceptional volunteers in the community who have set an inspirational example of dedicated service in improving lives in Volusia and Flagler Counties.

This wine tasting event is a great treat for the mothers in your life as it is the day before Mother's Day. A great event with over 100 wines to taste, amazing cuisine, live music and entertainment and so much more.
A portion of the proceeds go to benefit the United Way and the Pace Center for Girls.

Its been a long race, and now we're close to the finish line. Help the United Way to meet its campaign goal and help change lives.
For many in our community, it has been a very tough year. We don't have to see it on the news, because we see and feel it first hand in our community. The United Way and its 43 Partner Agencies are on the frontlines of this economic crisis. In a time when the needs are skyrocketing, we are in the position of stretching our budget beyond its breaking point and the United Way is calling on you for action.
