"God's law of sowing and reaping can best be explained by a person planting a seed in a garden. You know what kind of seed has been planted (in the spiritual garden of your life) by looking at the fruit that is produced. For example: If perversion is in your life, you know that somewhere, either generationally or through your own involvement, a seed of perversion has been planted. The reaping will continue on throughout life until a person asks God's forgiveness for the things he has done and forgives others for any hurt they have caused. After repentance, God changes the reaping from negative to positive." Geri McGhee PRO 11:18 "But he who sows righteousness gets a true reward." PRO 22:8 "He who sows iniquity will reap vanity (trouble, sorrow, wickedness), and the rod of his fury will perish." GAL 6:7 "Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, this he will also reap." GAL 6:8 "For the one who sows to his own flesh shall from the flesh reap corruption, but the one who sows to the Spirit shall from the Spirit reap eternal life."
"Now this I say, he who sows sparingly shall also reap sparingly; and he who sows bountifully shall also reap bountifully." II Corinthians 9:6
