Generation Dream is Deliver the Dream's young professionals group. This up and coming network

(ages 20s-30s) connects for a cause to raise money for

a Deliver the Dream retreat.

The Generation Dream Young Professionals

raised more than $25,000 net this year for our family retreat program!!

This is just the beginning to another great year.

NATIONAL PHILANTHROPY DAY

The Association of Fundraising Professionals Ft. Lauderdale/Broward Chapter held its annual National Philanthropy Day Awards Celebration on Wednesday, Nov. 9. Each year they choose the best of the best to recognize in categories such as Lifetime Achievement, Outstanding Philanthropist, Outstanding Philanthropic Corporation, Outstanding Foundation, Outstanding Youth in Philanthropy and Outstanding Volunteer Fundraiser. This year, Deliver the Dream nominated one of our volunteers - Paul Sallarulo - for the prestigious Outstanding Volunteer Fundraiser award and he was chosen! We gathered with his family and friends on Nov. 9 to celebrate him and thank him for everything he has done for Deliver the Dream and all the organizations he is a part of. Paul was our top fundraising Community Champion this year - raising more than $30,000 for our family retreat program!

Thank you Paul! We are so grateful for your generosity and support.

Lisa Marie is a volunteer that goes above and beyond! In the past 3 months she has been a Deliver the Dream Community Champion with Bluegreen's

BEAR team, hosted fundraising events for the BEAR team to raise funds for Deliver the Dream and joined Generation Dream, the Young Professionals Group at Deliver the Dream. Lisa Marie is just one of the many Bluegreen volunteers that support Deliver the Dream. It is great supporters like Lisa Marie that make our mission heard around the community. Thanks Lisa for all of your team work!

I personally would like to wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving. Enjoy time with your family and

eat lots of yummy food. And because it is my duty to protect - I want to ask you to

please remember to keep your wits about you when shopping for your holiday gifts

this Black Friday. Keep your gifts in the trunk and out of sight! Being observant of

Angels for Christmas, is a not for profit organization created with one very simple goal in mind - "we want to bring Christmas to those families that cannot afford to provide a Christmas for their children.
