Jermell Williams is the first President of Generation Dream, Deliver the Dream's new young professionals group.  The group commenced in 2011.   The mission of Generation Dream is to connect for a cause.  The young professionals plan events to network and fund a Deliver the Dream retreat for children with severe illnesses in 2012.

Jermell is a Financial Services Representative & Employee Benefits Consultant for the Principal Financial Group.  He is soon to be the Vice President of McKnight & Williams, LLC. (A subsidiary of the Principal Financial Group awaiting clearance from FINRA).   A long time resident of Broward County Florida, he participated in the Leadership Broward, Urban League, National Achievers Society, and was awarded the Brian Piccolo Chapter National Football Foundation Scholar Athlete in 2001. He is a graduate & an alumnus of the University of Connecticut.

"As president of Generation Dream I am very proud and humbled by the opportunity to lead such an extraordinary group of elite young professionals. What intrigues me about Generation Dream is the passion and devotion that each of our members has toward Deliver the Dream. The greatest satisfaction I look forward to is seeing the kids enjoying a retreat that Generation Dream made possible through our fundraising - that will be priceless."
