VOLUNTEER SPOTLIGHT
|
Missy Hedden
has been volunteering with Deliver the Dream since March of 2007. She replied
to a last minute volunteer request for a retreat in Hendersonville, North Carolina working with families who had a
child with HIV and hasn't stopped since. Missy had one request - "Give me a job
with a lot of action!" - and did we ever! As our resident volunteer
photographer, Missy has snapped beautiful smiling pictures at 15 retreat
weekends! Not only have we come to love Missy for her photography skills, but
she is reliable, compassionate and a pleasure to be around! Missy's giving
heart and determination to make a difference makes her a valued member of the DTD
family!
