FOL Plantings Draw Hundreds of Young Volunteers
This month, FOL partnered with the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation, the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, and 100 Girl Scouts from the Council of the Nation's Capital in Frederick, MD to plant 1,450 trees. We also joined the Stroud Water Research Center and 125 Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania to plant 1,100 trees in Coatesville, PA.
Upcoming plantings include an Arbor Day event with the Delaware Center for Horticulture, and May 3rd events in Lancaster County, PA and with the Boy Scouts of Delmarva Council in Felton, DE.

| Making an e-Statement for the Environment |
In April, FOL's Janet Milkman and local Girl Scouts (right) helped Royal Bank America launch its GO GREEN campaign to reduce paper use. For every customer who signs up for their e-statement program, Royal Bank America will make a donation to Trees for the 21st Century. "We are excited to offer a solution that helps meet the needs of our customers and provides such a positive benefit to the environment. It's a true win-win," said Royal Bank Director of Marketing Marc Sanders.
Do you know a company that wants to go paperless? We can help! Please contact Janet at 215-495-4550.
