3) Dinner tickets:
This year we were unable to include dinner with the price of the race.  Let us know if you would like to purchase dinner tickets.  email: heather@esar.ca

4) NEW! Timing
This year each team will be issued a SPORTident Timing chip which they will use to 'punch in' at each of the course checkpoints that they reach.  The SPORTident control box at each checkpoint will digitally record your arrival time onto your chip and the data will be later downloaded and entered into the overall results at the finish line.

5) Race day Breakfast
Breakfast will be available for purchase at the host site.  It is a cafeteria style breakfast with eggs and bacon and an assortment of options.  There is no need to pre-order breakfast.

Not sure about racing?
We need volunteers!

Help us - we will love you for it!  ESAR volunteers are some of the best in town.  Every year we welcome anyone that would like to get involved with the sport - and enjoy a day outside watching racers in mesh jerseys!!

I can move bikes!
Every volunteer receives a free race t-shirt, dinner, and accommodation (if volunteering both days), not to mention all the fun of race day!

Please email Heather at heather@esar.ca if you are able to lend a hand and have some fun!
Videos from ESAR past and present
ESAR videos Since 2003 when we started ESAR, there have been videos floating around the internet about the race. Here are some of those videos, and be sure to check the date, as I don't want you to be confused as to what to expect. Don't freak out - there is no super humongous hill at the start of this year's race!  ESAR videos here
