Special Outing to the Ballpark The rain and delay in the game didn't keep families away from the Ballpark in Arlington on Sunday, September 16th to enjoy their first Texas Rangers game ever! Families from Mosaic House, Exodus Ministries and Shared Housing were able to attend the game as part of the Texas Rangers Commissioner's Initiative program. Special thanks to Texas Rangers and MLB who through this program offer donations of tickets to community and civic clubs that would not normally have the chance to attend a MLB game. The families and children had a "ball"! |
| Drug Fact
CASA Columbia's 2012 back-to-school teen survey reveals that 86% of American high school students say that some classmates are drugging, drinking and smoking during the school day and almost half know a student who sells drugs at their school. The survey also reveals that drugs are the most important problem facing teens. To read the report in its entirety click here.
