- Martek Marine has been awarded a contract to supply 12 gas detection and monitoring systems to the Canadian Navy. >>more


e-CMID celebrates first year  
- The International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA) reports that it has recently passed one year since the introduction of the electronic version of its Common Marine Inspection Document (CMID), and now has 124 vessel operators with 340 vessels registered on the system. >>more
