| Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois Grant Received |
|
Special Olympics Illinois recently learned that it will be a recipient of a special 2010 Childhood Health & Wellness grant from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois.
The $100,000 grant will help SO ILL extend the highly successful Young Athletes Program throughout targeted communities in Illinois. Because of the extraordinarily generous support of BCBS of Illinois, even more children with intellectual disabilities, ages 2-7, and their peers will have an opportunity to participate in the fun, inclusive and innovative sports play program. Thank you, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois! |
