Best Cities for Singles
Hi Everyone!
The Forbes list of Best City for Singles was
released in September and while Denver is no
longer #1 we do make the top 20!
Denver-Aurora landed at #11 this year,
which ranks us up there
with the top cities including Atlanta,
San Francisco, and Dallas. What do you think
makes Denver a great place to be single?

Talk Dirty to Me
Not sure how many of you have checked out our
blog yet, so I thought I'd put our most recent
post here for you to read so you can get an
idea of the fun topics we are talking about!
By all means, please join in the discussion!
TALK
DIRTY TO ME!
Do all guys really like raunchy talk?
I was recently talking with a client and the
subject of sex came up. During the
discussion, she said she didn't really like
talking dirty, but has been told guys really
like it. "Hmmm, I wonder if this is the case
with all men?" I asked. Well, as it turns
out she had taken a small poll of some of her
guy friends and they all said the same thing
-- "We Love it!"
The Research.
Of course I had to do some of my own
research. Seems that it's mostly true, guys
like the raunchy talk and for some of them
the raunchier and more foul the language the
better. I'm not going to get into specific
phrases though. Now, through my own informal
poll I found out the following:
- Some guys like to talk dirty on the
phone, but prefer to skip it when in person.
- The majority of them said it really turns
them on when she talks about what she is
going to do to him.
- If she says something really super
raunchy when she's usually pretty bland it
can be a turn off for some men, so much so
they might laugh out loud.
- Dirty emails are great; all of the men I
spoke to loved them, but not while they are
at work - too distracting!
The Ladies Side.
In general, the women I talked to about this
subject were pretty comfortable talking dirty
to their guy. Several said it took some
getting used to and some practice to figure
out what their man likes to hear. Some women
talk dirty because they know it pleases their
man, even if it makes her a bit
uncomfortable. One interesting result of all
my questioning -- about 1/2 the women didn't
like being talked dirty to!
Do you like Dirty Talk?
So the men like it and the women don't seem
to mind doing the talking. Do you like doing
the talking? Or do you prefer to hear your
mate talk dirty to you? How about emails or
phone calls, are they a turn on or turn off?
We'd love your opinion and input; let us
know your thoughts!

Haunted House
What a great way to get up close to your
date! She'll grab you, hold on to you tight
and unfortunately scream in your ear! Hit a
few in one night or just one if that's all
your nerves can handle. There are a lot of
great haunted houses in the area; my favorite
is the Haunted House at Heritage
Square. Want to do more than just a haunted
house? Go to the Anderson Farms Corn Maze
and Pumpkin Patch late in the day. Wander
through the Corn Maze to see if you can
negotiate the maze and find all the check
points. Then as soon as it's dark enough go
through Terror in the Corn. You can bring a
flashlight for the corn maze as well and go
through at dusk.

To Your Wealth!
Allow me to introduce you to Patrice Barber
of Taylor Made Wealth Coaching. My husband
and I have been working with Patrice for over
a year now and
have learned a lot to get us on track to
where we want to be financially as we edge
toward retirement.
What you might ask, is a Wealth Coach? It
might be easier to describe what she is not.
Patrice is not a financial planner and she
doesn't manage liquid assets. What Patrice
does is help you understand where you stand
financially today and where this will put you
5, 10, 25 years from now. Let's say you want
to retire at 50, but realistically the way
things stand that isn't going to happen.
Patrice will help you lay out a road map of
what you need to do in order to achieve your
goal. Wouldn't it be great if you really
understood IF you will have enough
money when you want it? If it turns out you
won't Patrice will help you figure out what
to do so you will reach your goal.
Patrice is able to help her clients get
started in real estate investing as an avenue
to meeting their financial goals. Check out
what her clients say Read
