A little visual for you. . . .
A
beautiful woman standing on the train
platform, waiting anxiously; irritated that
she will be late for a meeting, when she
then looked up into the eyes of a stranger.
There was something in the way he stood,
upright and full. Looking at him, everything
seemed to expand. She felt her lungs and
heart opening, as a wave of cool air rushed
through and her body felt warmer and more
solid. She felt a sense of peace in the way
he looked at her. A smile slowly crept across
her face and she instantly felt shy. She
wanted to be near him. Her body tingled.
Do you ever find yourself wondering what
creates this level of attraction with a
woman? Do you wonder how you can open a woman
in an instant? If you have never before
created attraction like this, don't give up!
Creating attraction is not just a coveted
talent, given to those few lucky guys at
birth. It is a skill that can be cultivated.
The "Big 3"
I have coached hundreds of
men from ten different countries. Often in a
matter of minutes these men become more
attractive and are able to create that spark
with women. These men have gone from feeling
like a brother (to a woman they are
interested in) to being able to light up and
turn a woman on! You can do it too.
Wonder what it takes?
From my perspective as a coach, and an
extremely intuitive man with a highly
developed B.S. detector, I narrow it down to
three main components:
- Presence - Really showing up and being in
the present moment.
- Heart/Mind/Body integration.
- Moving beyond NEED.
Presence
Presence is critical. Men
who cultivate presence are RARE. Allow me to
repeat myself. Men who cultivate presence are
RARE! And so they stand out! A man who has
cultivated presence is a man who stops women
in their tracks, who looks right into her, as
if into the depths of her soul. Presence
alone can take your relating with women to a
whole new level. . . one in which what you say
hardly matters. We have a DVD that we have
created that goes into that in much more
detail than I will go into here.
Heart / Mind / Body Integration
A
man who has integrated his heart, mind and
body is trustable and sexy to a woman. The
women I work with as facilitators at the
Authentic Man Program report that when they
are with a man, they can actually feel the
degree to which his energy circulates
throughout his body and where it is trapped
or stuck. You may intellectualize with
the best of them, but if she can't feel that
you are in touch with your heart or your
balls, (that's right. . . your power as a man),
you may have a wonderfully logical
conversation but it will likely stop there
with little or no attraction created. When
you've got this down, and it may take a
little time, you'll find yourself enjoying
women more and needing less from them.
Moving Beyond NEED
There's
something about a man who does not need
anything from a women to feel complete in
himself, at least until you have made a
commitment to each other. Even then, it feels
amazing when you do not need her, to feel
good about yourself. This is not to say you
don't desire anything from her. Desire with
presence and full body integration is damn
sexy to a woman. When women are with a man
like this, they get to bask in his
appreciation of her. They then feel free to
blossom open, knowing nothing is expected of
her. You know, when a woman becomes totally
relaxed and radiant.
Women often want nothing more than to be
open, to feel safe enough to surrender. When
a man isn't needing anything or trying to
lure a woman into his clutches, he feels safe
to be around. And this does not have to be
the type of safe that translates into,
"You're a nice guy. Let's be friends." Trust
me. Safe can be sexier than you have ever
seen!
A man who does not need anything from a woman
is much more fun to be with than a man trying
to prove something about himself, or get a
quick fix for his emotional wounds. A man who
is willing to feel his turn-on without the
urgency to do anything about it is inspiring
and worthy of a woman's time and energy. A
woman can actually be refreshed by a man for
whom turn-on does not equal luck and
grasping. A woman can "open" (her heart and
energy) when a man knows what he has to offer
the world, when he is fueled by his turn-on
without getting lost in it.
