Alumni Spotlight: Scott S. Richards '77
 When I was asked if I would be willing to write about my overseas career for the Alumni Spotlight, I said, "You bet!...but wow, where will I start?" So here I go.
I LOVE my life! Most pointedly, I want to say to this audience that I will always be grateful to Webb for affording me the opportunities and building the confidence to live a life that I could never have dreamed of as a kid growing up in the suburbs of NY. |

Immersion and Excursions:
Webb's Semester Abroad Program
When you tell people you did a semester abroad, they expect you to have lived with other American exchange students in a foreign country while frolicking around a new city, taking the occasional class or two. Being with American students and taking one or two classes doesn't really sound like a full immersion into foreign university culture to me, however.

Webb Welcomes Rick Paradis, Director of Development
Rick Paradis comes to Webb from The Angeletti Group, LLC. During his tenure there, Rick served clients including the Antique Boat Museum, Cazenovia College, John Jay College of Criminal Justice, SUNY College of Optometry, and SUNY Institute of Technology. Recently, he has focused on planning, implementing, and executing comprehensive capital campaign strategies. more... |

Great Progress for Parent Annual Fund

We extend an enthusiastic "Thank You" to the 46 families of Webb students, representing more than half of the current student body, who have generously donated to the Webb Parent Annual Fund so far this academic year. Dollars raised to benefit Webb are meaningfully higher this year than last.
In a testament to Webb's enduring legacy, 70 parents of Alumni have also contributed nearly $34,000 to this year's Webb Annual Fund. Thanks to Howie Frauenberger for leading that effort! And thank you to Webb's grandparents who have shown their generosity.
