This is the season of Light. We pray that the many beautiful images of Light during this season awaken you to a greater and greater experience of love and oneness. Beauty is the method with which The Divine sends Its Light into matter.  

This holiday season, please take extra care with the gifts you give and receive, focusing on the experience of love and beauty. I (Savitri) find that the more I connect with my Heart Center, the more I naturally want to give - without allowing stress and worry to come in the way.

Your Soul naturally loves to give, because it knows that when you give, you move into a space of love and oneness. And from that space, you will receive in return what is needed to support the beautiful, holy presence of who you are. This year, may all our hearts open and shine forth, claiming this earth and all life upon it as a joyous expression of our Divine Essence.

We are grateful to you and all our students and friends who help bring Purna Yoga into the world; who practice and teach these precious gifts; who touch their Heart Center throughout the day; who cocoon their body in light; who bring love and light into their physical bodies and hearts with asana; who breathe in light and exhale that which no longer serves them; who care to nourish their bodies with uplifting foods, thoughts and emotions; and who share joy with others.

For the times when you kept up your practice and for the times when you may have stumbled, we thank you for holding in your heart the aspiration to grow and change and shine.
