New Chamber Website Is LIVE!
Enhanced member search plus fresh new graphics, home page and much more.
Your Chamber Marketing Committee is pleased to announce that our new Chamber website, www.easthamptonchamber.org is now live!
At first glance you'll see a new home page layout with easier to read fonts, a new events section highlighting up-coming special Chamber events, plus member and area events. We encourage you to submit your events by clicking on our home page News & Events drop down. For your convenience, we have also added the ability to pay for many Chamber events on-line through PayPal.
Most importantly, there is now a prominent search link on the home page to our On-Line Member Directory for your fellow members and the public throughout the globe to locate our Chamber members and their products and services. New to the Directory is a map showing members' location and link to Google maps for driving directions, plus we now have the ability to add links to your Facebook and Twitter accounts.
The Marketing Committee asks our Chamber members to go to your listing on the site, check the information you find there and let us know of any additions/deletions/changes that need to be made. Plus let us know and give us your Facebook/Twitter or Linked in links. Please email the Chamber office at info@easthamptonchamber.org with the information.
We look forward to continue to help you promote and expand the reach of your enterprise!

Member Spotlight: ECA+ and Bear Fest 2012. The Easthampton Bear Fest is a public art project in which life-size fiberglass bears are creatively transformed by locally and nationally known artists and are displayed throughout the downtown area of Easthampton. The project is organized by a committee of dedicated volunteers spearheaded by Easthampton City Arts+.
The 92 bears were unveiled at a June 9 event that took place at various locations in Easthampton. Displayed throughout the major streets of the city, the bears have already brought thousands of visitors to the streets of Easthampton and business to local merchants. The 2009 Bear Fest was a tremendous success, raising over $60,000 for local arts programs, artists and organizations and earning ECA an MCC Gold Star award. View this video to meet Burns Maxey, ECA+ Coordinator, and to learn more about ECA+ and Bear Fest 2012. The bears will be on display throughout the summer, and additional events for both adults and children will be held. The bears will then be auctioned off at a September 20 gala at the Log Cabin Banquet and Meeting House. For more information about Bear Fest 2012 events, or to sponsor Bear Fest, visit Easthamptonbearfest.com or contact Burns at ECA+ at 413-527-8278.
