o-em-gee High Holy Days are Coming
Fall Semester

If you'd like to be a part of celebrating Rosh HaShana and Yom Kippur here at FSU, great. We'll be holding services in room 203 of the Student Services Building (above the Denny's diner). Hillel services are pluralistic, embracing, student-focused and open to everyone. We need people to help us move books from Hillel to 203SSB. We need people to read English portions, or Hebrew portions, or help with any part of the services. We've got an intern position (with small $$) if you'd like to learn about how to coordinate this. Send email to Melanie (mannis@hillelatfsu.) and tell us what interests you.

Every fall Hillel at FSU print t-shirts and hoodie with Florida State in Hebrew. You can order one with us (at the first Bagel Brunch, August 26). Better yet, tell your parents or your grandparents about our Parents' Leadership Circle. Depending on the amount they donate, you get goodie - like a free shirt, and soup when your sick, even free seats at Rosh HaShana dinner and first Passover. Send them this link: http://www.hillelatfsu.org/support-hillel-at-fsu/donate-to-hillel-at-fsu  Support like this from our parents, alumni and friends (Florida Federations) is why we can offer you free Bagels, yummy Shabbats and everything else. Help yourself by helping us!

Be the Change You Want to See.
EVERY help wanted DAY!

Come be a part of transforming Jewish life at FSU. This fall join the leadership day, apply for an Avodah internship, lend a hand with High Holy Day Services, come out to Mitvah Mondays with Moe's. If you've got an idea to reach more Jewish students or that benefits the entire community at FSU, come talk to us about it. We have ways to get your idea funded. Meet Ron for coffee on Thursdays or make an appointment to talk to Melanie at mannis@hillelatfsu.org.
