Welcome Week At Hillel*! Welcome Dessert Night: Wednesday, August 18th: 4:30-8pm-Tired of unpacking? Sick of boxes and bunk beds? Spend some time unwinding with friends at Hillel 4:30-8pm. There will be delicious desserts. We'll have some healthy food too, in case you don't get to dinner first! Drop by when you can. Stay as long as you like.
First Shabbat of Fall: Friday, August 20th: 7pm- This Shabbat is going to be a 1-2-3 Service with an oneg afterward! This is a great opportunity to meet other Jews on campus, so don't miss out!
First Bagel Brunch of Fall: Sunday, August 22nd: Noon- Come to Hillel at noon to enjoy bagels and lox. Don't miss out on our annual photo. We'll be taking the picture at 12:20 so freshmen will still have plenty of time to make it to Convocation! It's free and sponsored by Shomrei Torah and alums Dr. Brian and Seth. Chegg will be on hand we well.
Student Board Meeting: Tuesday, August 24th: 8pm- All students are welcome, and encouraged, to come to our first Student Board meeting of the semester. We'd love to hear your opinions!

High Holy Days Are Coming! Two and half weeks after school starts we'll be celebrating Rosh HaShana. Hillel will be holding services in the Student Service Building above the Park Avenue Diner, so make plans to join us. Services are free and open to everyone. Our traditional brisket dinner will follow Wednesday night (9/8/10) services. Buy a $15 dinner ticket by paying on-line! If you'd like to take part in set-up for services, or reading a part in English, or Hebrew, send an email to: Melanie Annis, Hillel director We usually have 15-20 students helping, so join in. There's always a need for Torah readers.
