Course 1 Oma's Altbier - Marinated Cheese, Chutney, Toast Points Cheddar & Fresh Mozzarella cheeses are marinated in a complex of herbs, vinaigretted. Served with sesame rounds, toast points and fruit chutney.
Course 2 Summer's End - Fresh Vegetable Frittata Zucchini, mushrooms, onions, garlic, eggs, cheese, bread are combined in a traditional Italian omelette topped with sour cream lemon dill sauce.
Course 3 Facelift IPA - Sear-roasted Halibut Salad with Blood Orange Salsa It's all in the name.
Course 4 Face-off Double IPA - Lemon Rhubarb Chicken An elegant beer, to be sipped, with savory bites of lemon rhubarb chicken.
Course 5 Naked Stout - Grilled Cinnamon Sugar Bananas with Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream and Bourbon
