Question:
"I know you have free online tutorials but, in the past, I've had difficulty finding what I need. What can I do to more easily find the tutorials I need?"
Answer:
We love sharing tutorials online and we love giving them to you for free! We do know that it has been difficult to find what you're looking for and that problem was only going to get worse as we are constantly adding more tutorials.
In truth, the answer to the problem doesn't lie in what our customers can do, it lies in what we can do. And, we've done it!
First, we've added a faster way to get to our tutorials. Just go to this URL: www.4kcc.com/help. That will take you directly to the tutorials. (Yes, you can still get to them through our regular menu.)
Second, we've added a Google search option. This is in addition to our category listing. Now, you can simply type in what you're looking for and, if we have any tutorials related to your search, you'll get a listing of the pages and you can click and go directly to the page you want. It's the power of Google search right on our website! It looks like this:
Finally, we've added live chat. Just look for the Live Chat icon on the page and chat with us live or leave us a message when we're off line.
