The Performing Arts Academy Showcase is the end-of-term performance on the theatre's stage, providing an important opportunity for students to perform before a live audience.

Rock the Basie: Adult Band Camp Showcase Presented by: Count Basie Theatre

 Join us for the end of session concert with the cast of Rock the Basie!
Race and the 105.7 Hawk Flight Crew will be on hand with their prize
patrol; listen from 2-7pm as Race broadcasts live from the Basie! And don't forget: Follow the adventures of your favorite rockers on 1057thehawk.com as they prepare for the show.
"Rock the Basie" is the culminating performance of Rock Band Camp, a 10-week course for adult musicians of all ages and skill levels in which musicians work in a Master Class setting with guitar player, record producer, writer and arranger Marc Muller. This full-length concert is the program finale, featuring a wide variety of musical styles, including classic rock, blues, country and jazz.

Rockit in Concert is the culminating event of a six-week program offered by the Count Basie Theatre Performing Arts Academy and Rockit, directed by Bruce Gallipani. The program's goal is to help young musicians learn and grow through music and performance, providing an instant opportunity to learn teamwork, cooperation and good rehearsal and performance technique by playing Rock & Roll with their peers. The Elvis Birthday Bash! Starring Mike Albert & Scot Bruce Presented by: Count Basie Theatre

Back for the 7th consecutive year, The Elvis Birthday Bash is a night of big fun! Actor and musician Scot Bruce starts the evening with his 50's era Elvis show. Scot has a recurring role on "Days of Our Lives," has appeared in three stage productions of "Idols of the King," and in music videos by Sheryl Crow and Faith Hill. Mike Albert, "The World's Finest Elvis Impressionist," plays the second half of the evening. Mike presents a sincere, respectful portrayal of "The King" that has earned endorsements by Elvis Presley's own musicians and back-up singers.
The annual Elvis Costume Contest precedes the concert. Ask at the box office for details.

She is the star of her own HBO and Comedy Central Specials; a special correspondent for The Dr. Phil Show; and the only comedian ever unchallenged on NBC'S Last Comic Standing.

Built" (Let The Great World Spin) is a collaboration between Joe Hurley
and Colum McCann which has taken critics and Europe by storm. Earlier
