ROBERT NEEDS YOU!
Spring is a time for evaluation and regeneration and we're no different. You may have noticed that you've recently been sent a survey Tobe Michael Okechukwu
 | that has been constructed by post-graduate intern Tobe Michael Okechukwu who's working with us over the coming three months to develop Robert's brand and website content.
If you haven't completed it yet there's still time. We'll be looking to report on the results in next month's ezine - should be an interesting read! Remember that it's all anonymous and we have no way of knowing who's written what in the survey - unless you make it blindingly obvious in your answers!
Here's the link in case you missed out on the email - http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/M875WRX
All completed surveys are greatly appreciated.

UEA Graduate Event
As you've heard, Robert is working with a
post-graduate intern from the University of East Anglia and to show his
support for internship programmes he will be compare at UEA's "Intro"
Graduate + Employer Event.
It's an opportunity for employers and graduates alike to look
at the benefits of the internship programme that UEA is running and
allows preconceptions of interns to be challenged. As well as speaking,
Robert will be on the Q&A panel so why not come along
and question him?
The
event takes place at the Thomas Paine Building on campus at 6 - 9pm
on Thursday 29th April. However places at the event are filling up
quickly so you'll need to book as soon as possible.

And the winner is...
In the last edition we ran a competition for one lucky business to win a troubleshooting day worth £1000 with Robert.
We're pleased to announce that Wordswell from Ely which offers speech and language therapy services was the lucky winner to be picked out of the draw.
Therapist Janet O'Keefe who entered the business stated, "I am
thrilled and delighted to have won and so look forward to this opportunity to
have 1:1 time with Robert (as previously I have been to his talks) and have his
insight into our business and how to build it in an ethical and sustainable
way."
Thank you to those who took the time to enter. Keep your eyes peeled in future editions for other chances to win some expert advice!

Amazon and Facebook
Have you read one (or more) of Robert's
books? If you've got an Amazon account then why not leave a review? The
best ones will get a mention on Robert's website and Facebook page with a link back to your website so people can see who's talking! Alternatively if you don't have an
Amazon account, pop an email to Jess and she'll make sure your
comments get listed.
If
you're already part of Robert's Mad About Business group on Facebook
then you'll know that we've recently set up a fan page for Robert. This means that all new content, news and
discussions will be posted to his fan page rather than his Mad About Business group. Once
members have migrated from the group over to the fan page, we'll shut
the group down, so make sure you switch over today!

Robert
to launch 'naughty' new ezine!
From
the result of the completed surveys we've had in so far, it's becoming apparent
that most of you want Robert to be more outspoken. As you know, he's never been
one to hold much back and now he's eager to respond to popular demand and say
exactly what he thinks, without inhibition or
reservation.
We're
planning to launch two new, short, punchy weekly e-newsletters. They'll be
current, concise and often challenging. To avoid offence (because Robert says
it's 'gonna be racy') they'll only be sent to people who sign up for them. We'll
be posting a pilot edition of one of them, titled 'Something for the Weekend' on
Friday on Robert's Facebook fan page and asking for honest, even brutal
feedback.
To
see this preview of 'Something for the Weekend' please either become a Facebook
fan of Robert here or click reply and paste 'weekend' in the
subject line. Then wait for Friday!

Case
Studies
Robert is currently writing the third edition of the Entrepreneur's Book of Checklists and is also working on a new book on social enterprise. You'll know from previous
ezines that Robert is looking for case studies, particularly involving
social enterprises, so if you have a good business story why not get in touch? All case studies will be written up to be approved by you and
will include links to your website when published - it's a great opportunity!
As well as looking for case studies, Robert is looking for people to give short endorsements for the third edition of Checklists that will be displayed on the front cover. If you're interested you know what to do.

is rather
like a bank savings account - you have to make several deposits before
you can
