Greetings! | |
The Seaport TMA assists our members - and your employees, tenants and visitors in the South Boston Waterfront - in a variety of ways. If you are interested in any of the services below please contact us. |
|
Employee & Tenant Presentations
The Seaport TMA staff regularly conducts presentations about South Boston Waterfront transportation options, commuter programs, and construction plans.
Presentation content and format is catered to your organization's interests and needs, and ranges from new hire orientations about transportation options and lunch sessions on bike commuting to concierge education that increase your sales staff's knowledge about the area.
Contact Lauren Grymek to discuss presentation options suited for your company. |
|
On-Site, Interactive Transportation Fairs & Commuter Events |
The Seaport TMA staff coordinates and conducts on-site, interactive transportation fairs and commuter events, arranging for participation from the MBTA, Zipcar, MassBike, water taxi providers, Mass. Department of Transportation and many others.
Employees and tenants can ask questions and get the transportation information they need. We also welcome the opportunity to participate in health and wellness events and benefits fairs. Contact Renee Jones to learn more about these events and to schedule something. |
|
Transit Rider Incentive Program |
If your organization offers a transit pass purchase program for employees, you can participate in our T.R.i.P. program.
Each month we randomly reward one of your employees with a gift card or other prize, host special on-site events for your employees who commute by transit and facilitate commuter assistance such as registration in our Guaranteed Ride Home Program, commute consulting and more. Contact Renee Jones to learn more about T.R.i.P. |
|
Advocacy for Improvements Throughout the South Boston Waterfront |
Seaport TMA members regularly inform the staff about inefficient traffic lights, concerns about MBTA services, problems with crosswalks/area roadways and more.
If your employees, visitors or tenants raise questions or concerns about the area's transportation system and infrastructure, let us know. We meet regularly with the MBTA, City of Boston, Massport and land owners in the area to address your concerns and make improvements. Contact Lauren Grymek with any specific concerns or questions. |
|
Customized Transportation Handbook
Having all of the relevant transportation information for your company in one place ensures smooth daily operations: driving directions, shuttle schedules, transit options, bus stop locations and more are included in an easy-to-navigate PDF handbook for employees, tenants and visitors.
This electronic handbook can be saved save to your internal website or printed as a manual for concierge desks, reception areas and security kiosks. The Seaport TMA staff will pull together the specific information pertaining to your company's location, and review current materials, in order to ensure accuracy and clarity. Email us for more information. |
