Barbells & Bullshit
An Update
The Barbells & Bullshit DVD (8 disc set) and Audio (8 disc set also) program has been really well received in the market place. To read some of the feedback we have received click here.
During the production we produced are few extra DVDs and CDS in odd numbers, so this is what we are offering - anyone who orders any KSI product between now and end December 2009, who also emails us at orders@kingsports.net and reminds us of this offer, we will send them a single DVD or Audio disc as a free sampler.

Q. Does Ian King plan on doing any seminars in the USA in 2010? If so do you have a list of dates and seminars? I appreciate any help you can provide.

A. Yes, we are planning a seminar tour in about March 2010, and release the dates in a few weeks time.
