We invite you to celebrate with us and celebrate the world. According to tradition, at one minute after midnight on the third Thursday of each November, winemakers from villages in France release their first vintage of the year, Beaujolais Nouveau, with much fanfare.
Come to
Appellation: California and celebrate with the Fresno State Winery as their release their first wines of the 2011 vintage, made in the style true to Beaujolais Nouveau!
This festive outdoor event includes wine tasting and food pairing. Dancing is encouraged! Wines will be poured by Fresno State enology students who participated in making the 2011 Nouveau series in our wine production class with winemaker John Giannini.
