C4 Miles Run/Walk - Sunday, May 4

Help Community Counseling Centers of Chicago (C4) fight the stigma of mental health issues by joining the first ever C4 Miles Run/Walk: Making Strides for Mental Health on Sunday, May 4 at Lawrence and Simonds Drive ( along the lakefront). Participants can choose either a four-mile run (chip-timed and USATF-certified course) or 2-mile walk. Starting time is 8 am. Registration is $20; register on-line at http://www.c4miles.org or phone the event hotline at 773-765-0780. Proceeds will benefit C4's behavioral health services that reach more than 9,000 low-income men, women, and children every year.
Volunteers are also needed race day for registration, water distribution, cleanup, and other activities. If you'd like to help out, please leave a message at 773-765-0780.
