 The Mayor's Office of Special Events is gearing up for the 18th Annual Bike Chicago program which is a five-month (May-September) celebration of Chicago's commitment to become more bicycle friendly and environmentally conscious. Activites such as bike clinics, nieghborhood rides, races, and architectural tours may be posted on www.bikechicago.us. DBA - February FREE Business Ed. Workshops
|
 The City of Chicago Department of Business Affairs & Licensing (DBA) continues to offer FREE business education workshops to help new and existing businesses succeed in the new year. This month's workshops provide important information and great resource for common challenges businesses face today.
Workshops include topics on Preparing for Your Next Business Inspection, RTA/CTA Employee Benefit Program, Company Protection from Identity Theft, Interviewing Tips, Business Financing, Corporate Structuring and Technology. Also this month, February calendar will offer a Trademark & Copyright workshop conducted in Spanish for the very first time.
Workshops are conducted by city officials, DBA's partner organizations, or by experts in the industry. All workshops are located at DBA's City Hall Office, 121 N. La Salle Street, Room 805.
