Greetings!
Golly gee, we are BUSY! Keeping pace with all the happy folks who come through our door - loyal regulars who have been with us since the get-go, new folks who are finding us every day & friends from out of town who find our little oasis - are all stoked to see our success.
For the better part of the past year I've been upgrading to our kitchen facilities to increase our efficiency, allow for more flexibility in our menu and best of all, allow you, our guest, to relax more and enjoy your time at Dandelion.
We're right on the cusp of some change, so we need to devote a day to training our amazing tribe so that the transition is as smooth as possible. For this reason, we will be CLOSED Sunday, April 6th, All Day for training. If you forget, we've got some food vendors who will be outside to fill your belly!
The Magic Stays! Here's what will NEVER change:
- Our down to earth, eclectic, diverse, everyone's welcome all the time friendliness & approachability.
- Casual atmosphere & space for local artists, musicians, poets and YOU to showcase your creative talents in a community atmosphere.
- Our commitment to a sustainable business: we will always strive to be greener, will never stray from our vegetarian roots and will always be your authentic, grassroots stomping ground.

Sustainably yours,

Brian Feldman is Crazy Awesome
On Friday, February 29, 2008 -- "Leap Year Day," an unprecedented (and entirely unexpected) performance art piece, happened directly in front of Orlando City Hall. For 24 consecutive hours, every 3:56 seconds and a total of 366 times, performance artist Brian Feldman lept off of a 12-foot-high summit. See videos of the event here: http://www.brianfeldman.com/leapyearday/
Also, Brian recently brought us Pillowlando - click the photo below to see the play by play, or go here and see some hilarious videos. I love this town.

That's me in green, btw, beating the crap out of my nieces Katie & Kayla. | |

Conscious Consuming
I just found a great resource that you might want to check out. Conscious Consuming seeks to increase awareness of the impact of buying
decisions on our health, happiness, and environment. Through education and
discussion we encourage people to live in line with their values by better
prioritizing time, money, and material things.
