With the holidays right around the corner, I encourage you to pause a moment to consider what's best for our bodies and our planet. Folks have been asking me what they can do to go green for the holidays, and I encourage them to think about the impact their purchases are going to have. Shop local at markets and independent shops that carry handmade, fair trade, organic and/or eco-friendly goods. Next Wednesday at noon I will devote an entire Front Porch radio show to this topic, so tune in to WPRK 91.5 for lots of green tips.
