And, I must admit, it's been such fun opening early at 8am - especially since we've had an awesome assortment of fresh, homemade, organic baked breakfast treats every moring for the lucky folks who have made it their mission to incorporate Dandelion into their morning routine!

Shamanism Yoga at the Lovely Shine On Yoga
Our neighbors & dear friends at Shine On Yoga have a totally rad fusion yoga series happening next weekend that you simply MUST know about! From their website: "Shamanism and Yoga are both techniques of ecstasy, meaning they move us
beyond everyday awareness. Like yoga, shamanism dissolves ego
boundaries to promote change and growth through a process of merging.
In yoga we merge with breath and body; in shamanism we merge with the
forces of nature and spirit guides. This series explores the merging of
traditions to open doors for profound change. All sessions include
asana, mudra (sacred hand gestures), pranayama, visualization, and the
drum journey to facilitate personal transformation." Sounds cool, eh? More Details (scroll down)
