Sorry I missed you at our tremendously successful Earth Day Celebration - I was in the kitchen with Matt & Daniel lovingly making food to feed the masses. The event was terrfic, with appx 1,500 strong showing their love of our planet and visiting with all the cool eco-vendors we could muster!

 

I'll come out of the kitchen and party with ya'll for World Fair Trade Day on Saturday, May 12th from Noon to Sundown. This is the same event we held last year in conjunction with our Grand Opening Celebration. The musical line-up is outstanding and the local, fair trade, eco-friendly vendors should not be missed! Since our little-kitchen-that-could was so overworked during Earth Day, we've invited our friend Aaron to set up his Vegan Hot Dog Cart (bringing back the onions, yo!) to help feed all of you. We will also have a beverage tent outside to keep your thirst quenched! (Oh, and Chocolate Baby Cakes until we run out, see photo at left).
