This is a big week in the world of green, and we are taking time to celebrate by hosting Green Drinks, Hemp 101 and (of course!) Earth Day Celebration! The latter event is going to be fabulous with oil-reducing hybrid Prius on display, a solar-powered sound system (from our friends at Solar Ray) and Misty Forest Academy will offer fun and instructional activities for kids of all ages. Gabriela Aparicio and No Circus will provide musical entertainment. A variety of speakers will educate on several environmental topics & more than 30 vendors will display earth-friendly products and information. ALSO! I just found out about a special FREE screening at the Enzian of "The Green" a new eco series on the Sundance Channel. It's this Tuesday, April 17th (reception at 5:30, screening at 7pm) - they will be showing two episodes, on focused on eco-fuel alternatives and the other on green home building. Please tell your friends about this event and go check it out! (Swing by the cafe for the Drum Circle afterwards!)
