Winter Hours

We have been asking around for the past weeks,  about our new winter hours for Silk City. 

Should Sundae open at 6pm or 9pm? 

Please let Dirty or I know this week at Octo, so we can make a final choice.


Traveling

This will also be the last week that Dirty & I will be spinning together for a few weeks.  I've been spending a lot of time in Los Angeles over the past summer and now I will be heading to Europe to check out a few spaces for Sundae to expand across the pond.  I will be in London, Paris, Lyon & Austria for a little research & development in early October.

Dirty will be heading to the Bay City next week to rock the left Coast and may even be rolling down to LA - to put his thing down at Snackbar. 

That said - you better be at Silk City for a special night of dancing.  We will be supporting Joey Crawford, but you will get atleast two hours of us, making you sweat.

Tonight I will be spinning at Woody's.  It's free and its upstairs.  Come celebrate the last days of summer with the big party at Woody's.

Editors Note :  Due to the unexpected cancelation of our Gentleman's Agreement with the Piazza - Sept 20th & Sept 27th will be held at Octo Water Front Grille. 

Sundae will finish out our summer program at this beautiful waterfront venue.  The party will begin at 3pm and has tons of room to lounge and dance. 

Parking is available on the street.  There is also Valet at 5pm or you can use the pay lot at Dave & Busters next door.  There is a $5.00 cover charge from 4PM, Kids always get in free. 

Once you have paid the cover at Octo, this will allow you free access to Silk City - which starts at 9pm.

This week, we return back to our roots. The Djs that have supported us from the home front.  Last months "homegrown pt 1" bash was off the hook, and this week is proving to be the same.

Join us, at Octo and come hear the award winning vocalist Dawn Tallman rock the water with Dj Glenn Thornton from NYC's Slaag records.  Opening up for this dyamic duo is Joey Crawford and The Proper Dj's - Aj Clay and Thomas Foltron, who put down a "proper"set at Silk last week.

Joey Crawford will also be our guest Dj at Silk City later in the evening.  However, due to the closure of Pure, The Barness will be resting up for triumphant return when the club re-opens as Voyeur.

I've been to the Big Apple a lot this past two weeks and return once more to spin for one of my new favorite parties - "the Show". 

The Crew at Open Bar Music has been rocking NYC each Friday at HK.  I will be spinning with the Baraness along side of Greg Cuoco (aquabooty) upstairs.  Oscar P will be rocking the lower level with George Lianes Jr & Kenny Summit.
