Sundae Important Information
Sorry to send out another e-blast.

But our phones and emails are blowing up with questions.  So here are some basic answers.

1.  The Sundae party is now at the Piazza - all year long.  Not at Bubble House, not at Octo.

2.  We are not part of the "block party" in West Philly

3.  The Sundae party is free to everyone : we encourage you to use the rsvp as a fail safe to get into the party.  Last weeks record breaking 3000 people, has raised concerns about the comfort of our crowd.  If and when the Piazza decides to halt general admission to the Piazza - rsvp will be accepted until capacity is reached.

4.  Sundae Sangrias are now availiable at Vino Restaurant and Bar (located on the North/west side of the Piazza.

5.  Please use your hard earned money and support Vino, they are the ONLY BAR that is contributing to Sundae and helping us keep the party free.

6.  Sundae is from noon till 9pm on the main stage, at nine we move into Vino for part two of the party.  Pure is the official after party and starts at two am.

7.  There is free parking off 2nd and Germantown ave

8.  Kids are allowed to bring big wheels/ balls and such -

9.  You can bring your own food, chairs, blankets and drink - you are not allowed to bring alcohol.

10.  The Piazza is prepared for rain - with 3 options - (1) an massive indoor location, (2) Vino Restaurant or (3) a 30x60 tent.  Please look to the sundaephiladelphia.com website for last minute updates or follow us at twitter.com/sundaephilly.
