Online Endorsements are Fast & Easy
5 Simple Steps
Endorsements must be processed using our online system, InsForce, and when you need to do this, you have everything you need at your fingertips. In fact, you can do this in a few simple steps.
1. Click "Amendments" on the left side of the menu screen and pull up the amendment index.
2. Choose the policy and make your Changes.
3. Click "Rate" and the new rate will reflect the change in premium once the endorsement is completed.
4. Click "Billing" and enter either the amount of payment you are receiving. Of course, there will be times when you make an endorsement and no additional premium will need to be collected. If this is the case, just enter $0.
5. Click "Submit" to complete the endorsement and you will get a confirmation page upon completion.
That's it, and you don't have to fax the documentation to us either, just be sure to keep it in your files!
If you have any questions about how to amend a policy, just give us a call at 866-665-2410 ext. 2604. We'd be happy to do a walk-through of the screens-- with five steps it doesn't take long at all.
We appreciate you taking this measure. With your help, our customer service specialists are available to assist you quickly and efficiently and you can provide your clients with the service they need, when they need it.

4 Tricks That Save Time
How many times have you put something in front of the door before you went to bed, because you had to bring it to work in the morning? That's a trick. Here are a few other tricks that can help too.
1. Make (certain kinds of) lists. Lots of people have a to-do list, but you can do better by setting up lists as priorities. For example, a "Projects" list tracks big picture outcomes: Conduct Employee Reviews. Install New Agency Management Software. The "Next Actions" list itemizes next steps on all active projects: Read Jenesis marketing materials. Call representative to set up meeting. The "Waiting For" list records activities that depend on someone else. The "Calendar" list tracks appointments and day-specific actions. And then you can have a "Someday/Maybe" list to record discretionary tasks: Take photography class.
2. Remember the 2-minute rule. Any time you are confronted with an action item that will take less than two minutes to complete, do it immediately.
3. Don't let your inbox box you in. An inbox is a place for capturing the chaos, but that doesn't mean you should treat it like a black hole. Get to the bottom of your in-basket once a day. Take just one thing out at at a time; don't look at the second item until you've determined an action for the first. And once you remove an item, never put it back in.
4. Always do a weekly review. Take 30 minutes every Friday afternoon to review and update your lists, process loose papers and think about upcoming events.
