One of the most rewarding things
about doing business with InsTrust is that we listen to our Agency Force and do
everything within our power to meet or exceed their needs and expectations. For
example, we recently received a request from an agency to modify our payment
plans to offer a new option with a 17% down payment and four monthly payments. This agent markets
"a month off" and her clients like it that way but they did not like paying a
25% down payment. So our solution was to program her request in our system and
it is now available for all agents to offer to clients.
