YOU CAN!!!

Netspend Visa Pre-Paid Debit cards, Interstate Vehicle Service Contracts, Tax Prep Services and Rapid Decision Fidelity Life insurance products are the answer for maximizing your agency infrastructure and boosting your bottom line.

Your clients are already purchasing these items at other places, so you can provide a convenience and save them time as well. We know that the more products you have in the household the longer you retain the client-- that's why cross selling is more important now than ever before.

Click here to learn more about diversifying your portfolio and making your agency a financial powerhouse during one of our weekly webinars. Led by an InsTrust-representative, weekly webinars are held Tuesday mornings and Thursday afternoons. If these times are not convenient for you, please give us a call today at 866-665-2410 ext. 2604 and we'll set one up exclusively for you.

Ranks & Pay Grades for Military Personnel
Marine First Sgt insigniaAre you quoting your clients who serve in the armed services the appropriate rates? It can certainly be difficult to determine ranks and grades for us civilians, which is why we have posted a handy reference on our website in the "download forms" section of "Agent Resources."

Please take a moment to print the guide as a desk top reference by clicking  here.

Amount to Collect for Reinstatement
is at your fingertips!

New Feature: Amount to collect for Reinstatement

With our new enhancement, you can find out how much payment you need to reinstate a policy after cancellation. Just visit the Billing Detail page and look for "Amount to Collect for Reinstatement." You'll find the same info we'd tell you if you called our customer service representatives!

A few tips: the amount will change if you wait too long before accepting payment, since other transactions occur and deadlines may run out. Also, if you see a "O" in the field, it could mean one of two things: the policy is active or it is not eligible for reinstatement -- typically this occurs because 45 days have passed since the cancellation date.

We're constantly working on enhancements to improve customer service and give your agency the resources that you need to be successful! '

InsTrust now accepts PayPal

InsTrust now accepts PayPal

On our "Make a Payment" page on www.goinstrust.com, we now accept PayPal as a form payment.

Your clients will appreciate the extra convenience. Be sure to let them know that it is available.

Perhaps your client doesn't have a bank account to link to a PayPal profile? Then you should offer them a Netspend Visa Pre-Paid Debit Card!

Are you looking for Accident Reports?

We do our best to make everything easier for you by posting important information and links in the Agent Resources portal of www.goinstrust.com, from territory guides to Statements of No Other Drivers to links to the North Carolina Department of Insurance.

If you are searching for an accident report, please visit our website and sign up on this form and we will submit the necessary information to the NC Department of Transportation so that you can have free access to accident reports.

After signing up on the form, we will send you an email with the necessary steps. Once that is completed, we will submit the required forms to the state. Within 5-7 days, you and the employees that you included in the application will have access to accident reports. It's just that easy.
