Statement of No Other Drivers to Print with the Auto Application |

Dear Valued Agent,
Please note that starting Friday, May 15th, 2009 you will see in InsForce, our application processing system, a new page that prints with the New Business Application. This page is the Statement of No Other Drivers (SNOD). This page will print only when the application includes comprehensive and collision coverage. It will not display or print when the policy includes only liability coverage.
Just as you currently do with the new business application, we would greatly appreciate your going over the SNOD when it prints with the new business application and reinforce to the client the importance of listing all operators on the policy. Please file the signed SNOD with the rest of the printed documents and store at your agency for future reference.
Due to system limitations, our online endorsement menu will not print the SNOD after processing an endorsement that adds comprehensive and collision coverage to a policy written initially with only liability coverage. However, we will have this form posted on our website under the Agent Resources Tab and if you are able to obtain a signature on the SNOD at the time of the endorsement, we would appreciate your doing so. Please file this and store at your agency for future reference.
