Cashew Cheese'less' Dip ~ from Grail Springs 21 Day Cleanse

 "Sooooo DELISH"!!!
Here's a great food that you can make to top salads, celery sticks or anything else you can think of!
 
Herbed Cashew "Cheese"
1 cup organic cashews (you can used almonds as well, just soak them overnight in spring water)
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 tsp Himalayan sea salt
1 tsp fresh basil or your favourite summer herb
1/4 cup spring water
Blend all ingredients in a food processor and add water slowly until a thick, cream-cheese-like
consistency is formed. You want to be able to form little "cheeseballs", so careful not to add too
much water.
Taste and adjust seasoning to your liking.

Our very first class of Soul Scientists graduated last week at the end of their 12-week journey into exploring the true nature of soul. This exciting program was delivered weekly over the phone with live lectures from Madeleine Marentette and Life Coach Michele Caron.
