Welcome to the newly-designed Dream Factory Community newsletter!

We've added several new components to better reflect the dynamic nature of the Community at large, and its individual members.

Inside, you'll find the feature article highlighting our monthly luncheon speaker. This month, Nutritionist Diane Brown shows us that the right foods will bring balance to our busy lives.

New this month are guest bloggers. Interesting and thoughtful perspectives from our fellow DFC members.

Also, we're going to have some fun and get to know each other better with a monthly poll.

And finally, I would like to introduce our Newsletter Editor Jennifer Finley. Feel free to send her story ideas and pictures. She'd love to hear your feedback on the newsletter.

In Their Own Words...

The Dream Factory Community serves a diverse group of women entrepreneurs.  This month, we asked Ann Newberry, owner of Pictures-A-New nature photography and Pottery-A-New functional pottery why she attends the luncheons.

I look forward to the monthly Dream Factory Luncheons.  The attendees - members and visitors alike - fill the room with a high level of positive energy which rejuvenates everyone attending.

State of the Community

by Nancy Cantor

As I prepare for my journey to Ecuador, October 6-17, I feel that I want to be in communication with my support community.

  • Our community continues to grow with new ideas that come from our members.  Deb Strafuss created a group birthday party for all the September birthdays; Kim Reddington, Deb, Ellen Keiter, Mary Carol Lodge, and Carla Cataldo. What a great time---see pictures on the Ning Site
