Happy June. As the heat comes in and Oprah retires her 25 year-old show, we have an opportunity to assess our lives and the status of our dreams.
Whether or not you like Oprah, you have to respect her commitment to affect people's lives. She was a teacher and her show was her classroom.
What did she teach?
Confidence, self-esteem, trust, and power. Many times she said, "You have the power." Power to do what? Anything your heart desires. You are fully capable of living your dreams. You just need to clarify what they are, own them, focus and get to work.
This newsletter is dedicated to you living your dreams.
Enjoy!!!!
Best,

Framingham Dream Factory Luncheon
Featured Speakers
Maria Martin and Natalie Shulman
Forever Slender |
Come to the Dream Factory Community Luncheon on June 16th at the Bella Costa Ristorante and find out how Maria Martin and Natalie Shulman have created a comprehensive approach to health at Forever Slender in Natick.
As we approach the summer, we all want to know how we can look and feel our best.
Natalie's Story
Twenty years ago, Natalie Shulman was 50 pounds overweight. Like many women, she tried everything to shed the pounds, but nothing worked on a long-term basis.
Once she discovered the combination of healthy nutrition, toning exercise, and detoxifying aloe body wraps, she lost the weight and learned how to keep it off for all these years.
The Science Behind Body Wraps
Just below the skin there are three layers of fat. Within each layer of fat there are individual fat cells surrounded by fluid. This fluid can accumulate in excess within and between cells because of a lack of exercise, aging, diets high in salt and sugar, or a buildup of toxins.
The number of fat cells we have today are the same as when we were born. However, over time toxins increase the size of our fat cells. Detox treatments reverse the effects that toxins and everyday living have on our bodies.
Our body wraps contain ingredients designed to draw out these excess fluids and toxins while restoring nutrients to the body. Body wraps use detoxification and tissue compression to change your shape. As a results you can lose 3-15 inches in a session.
During the Luncheon, there will be an opportunity to see the wraps, try some of their nutritional shakes, and learn how to better care for yourself so you look and feel your best.

Celebrate Life
by Nancy Cantor | | |
Why do we celebrate? It is an opportunity to acknowledge accomplishments, cycles, and how things have changed. Our New Years Dinner provided us a format for celebrating 2010 and bringing in 2011-setting intentions and planning what was important for the coming year.

Recently I celebrated my birthday. It was a great day of working with Dream Factory Community members on their dreams in the CDO Training and having a fun gathering of drumming, singing, dancing, talking and eating at my home. It was fun. It was just what I wanted to do. As with any dream, create a vision, make a plan, enroll others and fulfill it.
How will you celebrate your important occasions?
