As Director she oversees the Employer Partnership program that connects Reserve and National Guard Service members, their Families and veterans from all branches with career opportunities in the civilian sector.  

Ms. Thede will discuss how the program is designed to support the employer in sourcing, interviewing and selecting highly skilled veterans.
