  • Join.  Meet me this Monday and Wednesday at TC Williams Track.  I'll be there at 7 AM, rain or shine.  Friday, I'll be headed to Bristol, NH to run the marathon (state #29, marathon #40) on Saturday.  I'll be back to run the WW 1/2 with you all on Sunday!   
  • $25.00:  1 week of healthful classroom snacks for preschoolers
  • $50.00:  10 new books for kids who have none   
  • $75.00:  3 hours of tutoring for middle and high school kids
  • $100.00:  800 pounds of food for homeless families
  •  Packet PickupThose who mailed in their registration form follow the same procedures as those who registered online (I checked in with the race director).   Here is the LINK with all the Expo and Transportation details.
