Eileen brings to the team more than 20 years of sales, marketing and management experience, including 5.5 years as a top sales performer at Apartments.com.  Eileen was awarded the Garden State Sales Rep of the Year award by the NJAA in 2009 and Sales Rep of the Year at Apts.com .  She has also served on the NJAA Board of Directors, the Convention and Education Committees. 

Eileen also has 20 years of experience in commercial property management; serving as Operations Manager at Hewlett Packard, overseeing all of their facilities in the eastern region from Florida to Maine and then filled the role of Senior Property Manager at Cendant, managing 1.2 million sq. ft. of Class A commercial buildings with an infrastructure that powered business operations for North America.  With billions of dollars worth of business dependent upon the proper functioning of the labs housed in those facilities, reliable, emergency back-up power was absolutely critical.  This is the factor that was most influential in helping Eileen to realize the value of dependable back-up power.
