PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCES

Conferences run October 18 from 2:00 -8:00 p.m. and October 19 from 2:00-7:00 p.m.  Please arrive no later than 15 minutes before the ending time each night (7:45 & 6:45).

6th grade through 8th grade students take their parents to the west campus commons area any time on those days between those times.

9th grade through 11th grade students take their parents to the east campus media center any time on those days between those times.

When you enter the commons or media center, your student will pick up their folder which will contain a report card (only 6-8th grade), work samples, and student reflection sheets that will guide the student and parent in their discussion of learning with their parent.

During this time teachers will also be located in the commons and media center, available to assust students with their parent conferences.

High school students, or students taking high school level courses receive report cards at the end of each semester (December), so at this time students and teachers will be sharing the student's progress to date. Parent involvement at Twin Peaks requires that parents attend two conferences per year; October and February. If a parents/guardians miss a conference they will be notified to set up an alternate time (policy T-IKAB).

If you have questions pertaining to student led conferences, please contact any one of your child's teachers or school administration.
