BAND ANNOUNCEMENTS To all 5th and 6th Grade beginning band students: If you are starting out this year either in 5th Grade Beginning Band or 6th Grade Jumpstart after school, this is the event for you! Miller Music will be here with instruments to rent in our band room after school until 5:00pm on Tuesday, August 21st. Or, you can rent from another store, or even purchase a quality used instrument from a private seller. Please contact Mr. J before purchasing a used instrument. Certain brands are much more reliable than others, and we should make sure it's in good condition. August 6th if you would like to meet with him about deciding on an instrument. Please contact Mr. J by email to set up an appointment.
Jazz Band auditions are by appointment! If you are 7th grader or older, and you are not currently a member of jazz band, please email Mr. J to audition. There may be 2 separate groups this year, but we will have to guage the interest before firming things up. Thanks, and hear from you soon!
