STUDENT LUNCH ACCOUNT 
If your student account is not paid in full by May 23, 2012, your student grade card for
2011-2012 school will be held. In addition acces to Infinite Campus will also be disabled.

This includes August Back-to-School dates, so please mark your calendars and save this packet for reference.

You are invited to celebrate with the 8th graders at their continuation ceremony!

Lisa Fetters is putting together a slide show of the students to show before the continuation ceremony.  She still needs photos from many of you if you would like your student to be included in the slide show!  Please read the attached document about the requested photos.

Lost and Found is located beneath the Dress Code display in the front lobby.

Additionally we have another corner for more valuable items (prescription glasses, jewelry, cell phones, sunglasses, watches and many more).
You can see them by asking the Front office staff.


5th GRADE MOVE-UP

 

May 22, 1:30 p.m.

During this time, all 5th grade students will get an introductory look at middle school.


Parents: 

Please pay any remaining

 2011-2012 student

 fees/fines ASAP

and return all school property when the time comes to turn
it in.

We will not mail report cards if there are unresolved items. 

Parents will need to come to the school to settle accounts and pick up the report card.


Parents:  

Quarter 4 report cards and Honor Roll awards will be USPS mailed and should arrive in your mailbox after Memorial Day. If you have moved, please be sure to give us your new mailing address before the last school day May 24, 2012.

UNIFORM EXCHANGE 2012

 

The next Uniform Exchange and Sale will be held on

August 2, 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.  This event offers families the opportunity to exchange dress code clothing in good condition (free of holes, stains, and excessive wear).  Items are exchanged at a rate of 2:1; for every 2 items donated, 1 item may be selected for free.  Clothing is also sold at $2 per item.  Families who donate clothing are allowed into the Exchange 30 minutes early in order to have a first chance to select exchanges.  Clothing is now be accepted for the Exchange.  A list of families who donate and amount to be credited is maintained.  Credit  carries over for one year so families who had credit last year may still select clothing this year.
