- Volunteers needed to help man phones on Friday, May 4th from 9:00 to 12:00 for Capital Camppaign. Please contact Kathy DeMatteo at kmdematteo@comcast.net.
- Middle and High School parents are needed to help decorate classroom doors Friday, May 4th beginning at 3:30 pm. Please contact Barb Antonucci at bjantonucci@gmail.com if you are interested in helping making the day special for the HS staff.

- Second grade teachers are looking for donations of the book Charlotte's Web. Please send any copies directly to the teachers.

- Looking for parents interested in interviewing potential staff. Please contact Pam Wanninger at motherofive@lpbroadband.net
- Our K-3rd grade teachers are in need of gently used (or new) books to improve their classroom library selections. Books can be sent to the following contacts:Kindergarten - Mrs. Gardunio; First Grade - Mrs. Casanueva; Second Grade - Mrs. Jarvis; Third Grade - Mrs. Higgings.

TPCA Capital Campaign Update:
Thank you to all who donated to the capital campaign in April. We did not reach our goal and will move into the next phase of fundraising. We need volunteers to man the phones on Friday, May 4th from 9-12. We will be reaching out to families and businesses in the community. Our Total Collected to Date $4090, we need a minimum of $15,000 to put the scoreboards into the gyms. If you have parents, grandparents, business partners or community contacts that you can reach out to now is the time! May Volunteers of the Month
Tabitha Butler: Elementary School Almost every morning, Tabitha volunteers with morning drop off. She helps the staff keep the students safe and in an orderly fashion until the teachers arrive to bring them in for the day. Caroline Allen: Middle School Throught the school year, Carolince was a great help on the yearbook providing students with guidance, support, and focus on deadlines. Maura Youle: High School Maura put in a great deal of time setting up the high school's college information display. Congratulations Tabitha, Caroline & Maura! |

Colorado/National Teacher Appreciation Day is Tuesday, May 8. The PTO is planning a day of celebration for the staff. Elementary parents will receive communication through your child's room parent. Middle School and High School will get an e-mail soon. We will be providing lunch for the staff and are asking parents to sign up at the following link to help provide food for the day: http://bit.ly/I2YK3H. Fundraisers:
Collect and turn in your Box Tops for Education and help earn a reward for your child's homeroom teacher. The class that turns in the most Box Tops for Education by Friday, May 4th will earn a popcorn party and the teacher will get a spa gift certificate!
Twin Peaks is competing with Flagstaff to see which school can collect the most Box tops for Education. Contact your friends, families and coworkers to see if they will help you collect. The school that collects the most Box Tops by the May 4th will get a treat from the opposing school.
